Antioxidant Fruit Salad

Being the last holiday of the summer season, Labor Day is a chance to appreciate all that summer has offered us, while also welcoming in the fall with open, yet slightly sweaty, arms. It’s a chance to remember all the memories we’ve made, while also looking forward to many more we’ll make as the seasons change and our surroundings start to take on other colors. By appreciating all that the seasons create for us, it is only appropriate to enjoy a meal this holiday that highlights the offerings summer gave us. This Antioxidant Fruit Salad is a great way to keep our healthy mentality alive while approaching one of the coldest, soul food craving, hot chocolate loving seasons we know and adore. As an ode to the summer harvest months, lets toast with this power salad, full of energy for the sleepier months ahead.
