Store Purchases
If you purchased your Cloister Honey from a retail store, please reach out directly to that retailer for details on their return or exchange policy.
Website & Event Purchases
Orders placed on our website or at Cloister Honey events are eligible for a refund or replacement within 30 days of purchase.
Just call us at (704) 517-6190 or email orders@cloisterhoney.com before returning your item so we can make the process easy for you.
A Few Quick Notes
Items being exchanged must be unopened and undamaged.
Refunds will be issued either by check or as a reversal of your original payment.
Credit Card and PayPal refunds will reflect the purchase price minus any processing fees from the original transaction.
Please ship your return with tracking—we can’t be responsible for packages lost in transit.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
